Mesa County Keeps Kids Safer With Annual Safety Fair

Keeping our kids safe is a priority. That is why the Mesa County Safety Council is holding a safety fair just for kids on March 3 and 4.

Every day as parents we try to keep our kids safe. There are so many things we do, that instill good values, but it never hurts to have some friendly reminders to keep safety fresh in our child's mind. The Mesa County Safety Council is lending a helping hand.

The 2016 Children's Safety Fair will be taking place at the Mesa Mall on March 3 and 4. There will be over 20 different local organizations doing demonstrations and more.

There will be all types of safety tips and presentations that deal with water, being a  pedestrian, riding a bicycle, dealing with a fire and riding bus safety. There will be additional information on alcohol and drug prevention, electrical and boating safety. There will be plenty of interaction for kids.
