One of Colorado's most infamous cold cases began on December 26, 1996, when police discovered the remains of missing 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenét Ramsey inside her Boulder home.

The case resurged in November of 2022 after the Boulder Police Department (BPD) announced that it was partnering with the Colorado Cold Case Review Team in hopes of finally solving the murder.

According to People, the JonBenét Ramsey house is now on the market for nearly $7 million. LIV Sotheby's International Realty is listing the home, which it describes as "a stately and modernized 1920's [sic] Tudor estate in an epic Boulder location."

A Zillow listing for the property says it has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, crown molding, walk-in closets, a two-car garage, and a partially-finished basement.

The listing also notes the 7,240-square-foot home's brick patio, gardens, and close proximity to Boulder hotspots like Chautauqua Park and Pearl Street; however, it does not mention the horrific crime that occurred there.

The Denver Post reports that the house was previously up for sale in 2014. The home's original address was changed in 2001 to detract onlookers, and it now sits at 749 15th Street.
