Jason Richards
Jason sets the direction and oversees the operation of the organization. He has over 18 years experience with knowledge from the bottom of the company to the top and into the future. With his continuous hunger for knowledge, he is always involved in new education in all avenues of the company. His vision ensures staff and clients have sufficient and up-to-date information about their systems.
Jason ensures the company's services are consistently presented in terms of a strong, positive image to all customers. He effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. He also supports motivation of employees in organization products / programs and operations.
Jason takes the lead role in decision making for design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services. He formulates policies and planning recommendations for the company and decides on courses of action in operations conducted by staff. He manages financial and physical resources and implements plans. He assists in the selection and evaluation of project managers, foremen, journeymen and apprentices. Jason provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.
