The Fruita Foundation Scholarship Program is open to applicants who are seniors attending Fruita Monument High School, homeschooled students in the Fruita area, or any Fruita resident attending another Grand Valley high school. This year, the chamber is offering five $1,000 awards to graduating seniors who meet residency or school eligibility requirements. The foundation’s board will review the applications and determine the awards, which can go toward education expenses.

Why Art and Opportunity Matter in Western Colorado

What matters most for applicants are eligibility requirements. Scholarships are open to Fruita Monument High School students, homeschooled students in the Fruita area, and any students living in Fruita who attend another Grand Valley High School. Funds are intended to go directly to the winning student’s college financial aid office once awarded.
