What Will the New Denver Broncos-Themed Restaurant at DIA Be Like?
It's hard to live in Colorado and not be a fan of the Denver Broncos; the team has brought a lot of joy to fans (as well as frustrations.) Part of celebrating the team will be included at DIA with a new restaurant.
What is the Broncos-Themed Restaurant Headed to Denver International Airport?
According to the Denver Post the restaurant will be called "Broncos Mile High Grill;" using the term, 'Grill" does always seem to bring people in; infusing that with Denver Broncos "stuff" is going to be fun.
The restaurant will be almost 4,000 square-feet, which makes it about the same size of Elway's, there on Concourse A at DIA. The Broncos Mile High Grill will be on Concourse B, slated to open in early 2029; there's a chance that Denver will have two more Super Bowl wins by the time the restaurant opens its doors.
With all the hype about the Broncos' new practice facility and the stadium area (coming in 2027,) it'll be nice to have a place that fans (not necessarily season ticket holders) can soak up Denver Broncos memorabilia, while also enjoying drinks and food items named after Broncos players.

I can see the Grill having a "Hard Rock" kind of vibe, with drinks named "The Sheriff," "THE Orange Crush," and a "#7." Maybe food items with names such as "The Helicopter Scramble," "Karlis Kickers," and maybe a 50 oz. steak to celebrate that Super Bowl 50 win. The operator will be dropping over $6 million into the spot; here's hoping it makes us Broncos fans proud.
