This past weekend we heard that former NFL Hall of Famer and Coach of the Jackson State University Tigers, Deon Sanders will be the new HC @ CU in Boulder, and the town is already going crazy with Excitement. According to CUBuffs.com
Deon Sanders, aka Coach Prime as he is called, Has been the coach of the JSU Tigers for the past 3 seasons. Deon's team went on to post a record of 27-5. Jackson State University also won this year's SWAC conference title with a record of 12-0.

Colorado Buffaloes football hasn't been this jazzed since they won the National Championship back in 1990 with Coach McCartney. The title was split between the Buffaloes and Georgia Tech.
Who doesn't remember the controversial "Fifth Down Game" against Missouri that helped lead to the creation of the "BCS" ( Bowl Championship Series.)
Even though the picture below doesn't show it, Bill McCartney was one of the most beloved football coaches in the state of Colorado from 1982-1994
(1989, 1990 & 1994) The University of Colorado would go 11-1 during those 3 seasons.

"Sonny" Lubick - CSU Rams from 1993-2007
Lubick went on to win Six Western Athletic Conference / Mountain West Conference titles and guided the RAMS program to nine College bowl games. Sonny was also named National Coach of the Year in 1994 by Sports Illustrated magazine.
Red Miller - Denver Broncos Head Coach from 1977 to 1980
In his first NFL season as Denver's head coach, he led the 1977 Broncos to Super Bowl XII, where they lost to the Dallas Cowboys. Miller would also go on the coach the Denver Gold in the USFL ( United States Football League ) for just one season in 1983.
Dan Reeves - Broncos Head Coach 1981 to 1994
Reeves was hired by Broncos owner Edgar Kaiser back in 1981. Reeves, with Hall of Famer John Elway at quarterback beginning in 1983, led Denver to five division titles and three Super Bowls. In Reeves NFL Career, he appeared in nine Super Bowls as a player, assistant coach and head coach
Mike Shanahan - Denver Broncos Head Coach 1995 to 2008.
During his fourteen seasons with the Broncos, he led the Broncos to Back to Back Super Bowl victories in XXXII and XXXIII, including Denver's first NFL title
