If you have been unfortunate enough to suffer a DUI in the state of Colorado, you may just be innocent.

The State Of Colorado is having to re-test DUI blood alcohol tests after dozens of tests conducted in the last six months were found to be incorrect.

KCNC-TV  is reporting that the Colorado Bureau of Investigation found  initial results of 56 blood tests had lower alcohol levels for drivers than when they were retested by a laboratory in Boulder Colorado.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says that there has been no proof that people have been charged wrongly.

In December, the laboratory notified state authorities of the faulty tests.

No cause of why the tests were incorrect to have been released at this time, but the investigation is continuing into this.
