Our friends on the front range were surprised to see over 2 feet of snow after enjoying temperatures in the 70's. How are the roads now? Take a look.

A major winter blast covered most of the front range and caused not only fight cancellations that were diverted to Grand Junction, but travel on the roadways came to a halt. Today, things are improving, but slowly.

Last night,The Colorado Department Of Transportation reported an enormous amount of stranded travelers, that either stayed in their cars for an extended period of time, or they fled to find shelter from the storm.

Today, roads to Denver and beyond are still very touch and go in spots. The usual suspects would include the canyons and around the Eisenhower Tunnel.  If you are planning a trip, expect delays. If you are planning to go east of Denver on I-70 and or Highway 76, there is still major cleanup being done from massive drifts from 50 miles per hour winds yesterday.
