How Often Do You Change Your Sheets?

How often do you change your sheets? Once a week, once a month or maybe once a year! 

Let's all hope that you change your sheets more than once a year!

If you are a single guy you most likely change your sheets four times a year according to a survey by U.K.'s Ergoflex.

The director of UK's Ergoflex stated, "We were quite alarmed at the apparent lack of basic hygiene from some respondents."

I have to say that is pretty gross, I change the sheets every Sunday! My brother is single and I'm going to remind him to change his sheets every Sunday from this point on!
