Guy Hit in Head with Parking Barrier, Then Run Over

Do you ever have one of those days that you wish you could do over? I thought that today was one of those days, until I saw this video.

I'm not quite sure what this guy is trying to pick up, but I think he needs to wear a helmet all the time.

Oh, and the guy in the car should take driving lessons.
