Halloween Events in the Grand Junction Area

Halloween is just around the corner, and various Haunted Houses have sprung up throughout the Grand Valley. If you enjoy the thrill of being scared, then you may enjoy going through one of these haunted housesHallow Screams begins its haunted run this week at 3210 I-70 Business Loop in Clifton (right next to Cactus Canyon). Hallow Screams is open this Thursday thru Saturday (October 18 thru 20), next Thursday thru Saturday (October 25 thru 27), Tuesday, October 30 and Wednesday, October 31. Hours are 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. each night.

The Express All Stars hosts its annual Trail of Terror Haunted House at a new location, 328 2nd Street in downtown Clifton. Trail of Terror is open 7:00 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays through Halloween, as well as the Monday & Tuesday before Halloween and Halloween night.

The X-treme Torment Haunted House is open at 2846 I-70 Business Loop in Grand Junction (corner of 28 ½ Road and I-70 Business Loop). Hours of operation are 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, as well as on Halloween.

IntelliTec College will host its Second Annual Haunted House (along with trick or treat street & kids carnival) on Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27 on the college campus, 772 Horizon Drive in Grand Junction. Times for the event are 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. each night. For more information, call 245-8101.
