A Grand Junction woman has been arrested for allegedly setting a shed at Ponoma Elementary School on fire. The woman is facing multiple charges, including arson.
According to KKCO, a 34-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday afternoon after she allegedly started a fire.
The 34-year-old Grand Junction woman, who's name is Misha Gutierrez, allegedly set fire to a shed at Ponoma Elementary School.
According to KKCO, the shed fire spread and briefly touched the main building. Thankfully, there was no major damage to the main building at Ponoma Elementary School from the fire.
Misha Gutierrez is facing the following charges, according to KKCO:
- 2nd Degree Arson
- Criminal Mischief
- Failure to appear for a Municipal Warrant
