Pets of the Week: Grand Junction Senior Cats Chloe, Zoe, and Jilly Sadly Lose Their Human
We oftentimes see on social media when people have to send their pets over the rainbow bridge. In this case, it was the animals that had to say goodbye to their human.
This week's featured pets from Roice-Hurst Humane Society have something in common. These calicos have lived together their entire lives, and they recently experienced the loss of their owner who, sadly, has passed away.
Chloe Loves Attention
Chloe is the most confident of the three. She's 11-years old, very loving, and loves attention. Chloe loves to explore her surroundings and spend time with her kitty sisters.
Zoe and Jilly Are Slowly Opening Up
Zoe is 11-years old and Jilly is 12-years-old. Both of these cats are on the shy side right now. However, they are slowly coming out of their shell and allowing the staff to interact and pet them.
It's believed they are simply grieving the loss of their owner and will open up once they find a new home.
Can We Keep Them Together?
Ideally, these cats will go to the same home, since they have spent their entire lives together. However, if a single home cannot be found that can take all three, the cats will be adopted separately.
