Grand Junction Restaurant Donating Portion of Proceeds to Orchard Mesa Fire Station

Enjoy a great meal while supporting Grand Junction firefighters. A local restaurant will donate a portion of this Wednesday's proceeds to the Central Orchard Mesa fire station.

This Wednesday, August 24, the Redlands Dos Hombres at 421 Brach Drive in Grand Junction, will be donating 10% of the day's proceeds to the firefighters.

How did this come about? Dos Hombres hosts a great program called "Giveback Wednesday." Several local organizations have benefited from this program. How does it work?

One Wednesday per month, Dos Hombres chooses a nonprofit to host the event. Dos Hombres then donates 10% of the proceeds generated between the hours of 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
