Grand Junction’s ‘Nutcracker’ Performance Going Virtual
It's that time of year to enjoy one of the world's most famous ballets, "The Nutcracker." Normally, Grand Junction gets to scurry to the Avalon Theatre to enjoy the ballet. With the ongoing COVID pandemic, the performance has gone virtual.
This year, we're pressing the Moscow Ballet's "The Nutcracker' performance via a stream. You can enjoy this timeless ballet from the comfort of your couch --the best seat, to be honest-- in your most comfortable PJs. Bonus, you won't have to spend a fortune on snacks.
On Saturday, December 19 at 6 p.m., the Nutcracker will begin streaming their 2020 performance for our audience members only.
We have your chance to win an exclusive code to stream the performance from home. All you need to do is download our app and fill in the information.
BONUS: one lucky winner will win a meet + greet Zoom call with the performers.
If you'd like to guarantee a chance to see this performance, you can purchase your virtual tickets at Nutcracker.com.
