Girl Texts Her Ex Adele Lyrics + Wins the Internet

It's never a good idea to text an ex unless you text your ex the lyrics to an Adele song. One girl did and it probably went better than planned.

Adele recently released her first single in three years, Hello, a power song about losing a love. Mary Caldarella saw a unique opportunity to use the lyrics from Hello and send them to her ex-boyfriend, Matt. Lucky for us, Caldarella tweeted the exchange.

Matt had no idea what hit him. His replies were so serious you can almost hear his desperation to mend the relationship, but the last line takes the cake:

Last time I asked if we could go on a date when I came to auburn you told me to go [expletive deleted] myself.
