Gator Was Not On The Menu At This Drive-Thru Until Now

I have heard of some strange things in my life, but this really tops the list. A Florida man threw a alligator through a drive-thru window. Yep, a live alligator!According to WPTV, a man in Jupiter Florida through the living reptile into a drive-thru window at a Florida Wendy's.

23-year-old Joshua James did something crazy! He got his drink, and in return, placed the live 3 foot alligator into the drive-thru window!

I do not think I could ever see myself in a situation where I was chopping down on a cheeseburger and looked down to see this scaley surprise at my feet. I would freak out.

For the stunt, James now up on charges of assault, possession and transportation of an alligator. Who even knew there was a law like that?

For those of you who wondered what happened to the poor alligator after being tossed through a window, and then roaming around the restaurant? He is fine.

The alligator was released in a nearby canal by authorities.
