Fort Collins Police Services are searching for a suspect linked to a shooting that resulted in the death of the victim Monday morning in the 2400 Block of South College Avenue.

Fort Collins Police arrived on the scene Monday morning at approximately 10:40 am after a reported shooting and discovered a deceased person outside of the location. The investigation of the shooting has law enforcement searching for a suspect who is described as a 5'9" male, thin build, with a shaved head and burn scars on his face.

The suspect was last seen driving away in a stolen silver 2014 Honda CRV with a Missouri license plate TE5Y1P. Investigators are currently looking into a possible connection to homicide from July 5, 2021. Both victims in these murders were experiencing homelessness.

Anyone who sees the suspect or the stolen vehicle is urged not to make contact and call 911 immediately.
