Does your Family have Some Whacked out Holiday Traditions?

I've heard of some weird family traditions that carry on for years and years. Many of these are holiday related, and others just exist and no one really knows just why.

One family I know goes to Hooters every Thanksgiving, they must really not like cooking.

Another family I know always invites strays over for Christmas dinner, that's a great tradition, keeping the lonely company during the holidays.

What does your family do as a Holiday tradition that might be considered somewhat different from the norm?
