The Accident Is Still Under Investigation

This is heartbreaking for everyone involved. The family of the woman who passed away has to be devastated, and I couldn't even imagine what the driver of the vehicle is feeling right now. The Grand Junction Police Department is still investigating the accident and as more information gets released we will be sure to pass that along to you.

As someone who drives that stretch of roadway multiple times each day, I will make sure to be more careful in the future. This story is just tragic.
