Ellen just wants to see Ellen.

Ellen Moroney is someone I know from college, a bright, hilarious girl who gave me tips on eye makeup before and after our Gender Comm class. She's one of those people I loved seeing updates from after we graduated since she worked in Denver and was involved in local politics. Then, I saw the awful news: she'd been diagnosed with brain cancer.

Moroney doesn't let it stop her, though, and uses her platform on social media to educate and inspire her friends, family, and newfound followers with her journey. Moroney talks about things like dating, family, and the highs and lows of her diagnosis. One of the highs? Moroney has had some pretty unforgettable experiences, including seeing Tom Petty's final show at Red Rocks and hanging out on the field at Mile-High Stadium.

Now, Ellen is raising funds for Epic Experience, and if she raises the most for the organization, she'll win a trip to see The Ellen DeGeneres show live. Epic Experience is an organization that, according to their website, "empowers adult cancer survivors to [live life to the fullest beyond cancer] through free week-long adventures in the Colorado Rockies."

You can donate to Moroney's fundraiser right here, and any amount helps. Let's get Ellen to see Ellen-- and hey, you never know-- maybe she'll hop onstage!
