Creepy or Cool? Colorado Pool Streams Live Webcam
While browsing the site of a popular Colorado pool, I discovered something that sent chills down my spine.
Just recently I was taking a look at the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and discovered that the resort has something that many may deem as an invasion of privacy.
Glenwood Hot Springs Resort in Glenwood Springs
Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is one of the most popular destinations in Colorado for both tourists and residents. The resort has multiple pools, the world's largest mineral hot springs, and plenty of other cool attractions.
Discovering the Webcam
I was exploring the website for Glenwood Springs because I learned that its 104-degree therapy pool had recently re-opened after renovations. I checked out some really awesome photos and then saw a link titled webcam.
I'm not sure what I thought I would find, but I certainly didn't expect it to be a live stream of one of the pools.
Yes, I'm being completely serious, there is a LIVE VIDEO of who is at the pool at this very moment.
What's the Purpose of the Webcam at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort?
I'm honestly not sure what the purpose of this live stream webcam is. I polled the office and some suggested it may be a safety feature of the resort. However, all were equally shocked at the fact that this live stream is being broadcast over the web.
Perhaps I may have watched one too many crime shows, but I don't like knowing that any type of person can be watching unsuspecting pool-goers.
Click here to see the live stream of the webcam, after all, seeing is believing.
