Colorado Man Bit After Trying To Scare Black Bear
Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) said a 350-pound black bear attacked Aspen restaurant manager Matt Yamashita on Sunday night.
The attack left him with four deep puncture wounds on his leg.
Yamashita attempted to scare the bear out of a nearby dumpster.... and he succeeded, but then the bear bit his leg.
This is the third bear attack in Aspen over the past 3 months.
CPW are trying to identify the bear so they collected DNA samples from the clothes the man was wearing when he was attacked.
