This is a fast-paced and anyone 21 years or older can apply to Monarch Casino Resort Spa’s dealer school.Dealer training usually costs $1,000, according to Monarch's website, but when you successfully complete their program it is free and you'll be guaranteed a job at Monarch.

According to Monarch's website, the average part-time dealer makes approximately $30K per year, while the average full-time dealer makes approximately $50K per year.

The website continues saying that employee benefits for full-time employees include college tuition reimbursement, free meals, discounted transportation, and health benefits.

Monarch Casino Resort Spa is trying to fill 100+ dealer positions by the end of this year.
