Christmas With a Baby Is Not a Jolly Good Time
Naughty or nice? For babies, the choice of how to act during Christmas is clear.
This video, from last year, shows the perils of being a parent with a little one during the holiday season.
From having your little one cry on Santa's lap to dealing with her waking you up on Christmas Day at the unholy hour of 5 a.m. to enduring her knocking over the glass of milk left for Saint Nick, being a parent is a challenge.
And, of course, there's the old joke about giving your kid a great toy only to watch her be more smitten with the box in which it comes. That's a sight many parents can understand.
So, yes, Christmas is tough for parents. But do you know what else is tough for people with little kids? EVERY OTHER SINGLE DAY OF THE YEAR. Whether it's trying to put a coat on or getting through a meal at a restaurant without your child screaming bloody murder, it's a grind, people.
If anything, these babies should be buying their parents presents to thank them for all their hard work. They shouldn't have to wait until Mother's Day or Father's Day.
