Charges Filed Against Evans Man for Stalking with Tracking Device

A man in Evans has been charged with felony stalking after his ex-girlfriend found a tracking device on a truck that belongs to her current boyfriend.

According to Evans police, 42-year-old Angel Moreno was taken into custody around midnight on November 19 outside the home of his ex-girlfriend. Police say he was arrested because he violated his restraining order.

The following night, Moreno's ex-girlfriend found an electronic tracking device on the truck of her current boyfriend. After a search of Moreno's vehicle, police found a box matching the device.
