Cell Phone Crashing Prank [VIDEO]

Mediocre Films gets back at people who are talking on their cell phones in public!

This is amazing. And Hilarious. I always think to myself "how can I get this guy to shut up". I guess the answer is... make them realize they're talking as loud as they are. I don't mind people on their phones in public, but I do mind not being able to focus because you're talking so loud.
