Avril Lavigne is back with a hot-new single, 'Here's to Never Growing Up' and Avirl certainly hasn't grown up! Ms Lavigne is still that black-eye-makeup-wearing punk chick, with just a little added bling! I'm talking about the huge rock on her left hand from fiance Chad Kroeger from Nickelback fame.

Her newest song is a great anthem song for the summer of 2013! I think we all have felt that we really don't want to grow up, and listening to 'Radiohead' well that just makes us cool -- right?!
