Amateur Musician Mashups Might Just Take Over The World

I have to start off by saying this is so flippin' cool! I watched this video like five times.

We've all heard mashups, and we've probably all seen youtube videos of some cool mashups, and some cool collaborative work between musicians, singers, drummers, etc. However, this is something entirely different.

Musician and visual artist Kutiman, is starting a whole new initiative, and it just might take over the musical (and visual) world, at least for awhile. Mix The City, takes independent musicians from a city, and collaborates them all together on one giant awesome video of that city. Kutiman combines footage of the city, with a collaborative musical effort between several local musicians, singers, and more.

Think we could get Shea to put on of these together with Grand Junction Music?
