The majority of the dogs, 26 of them, were taken to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region. The remaining four chihuahuas were left with the owner.

The reason why all 30 of the dogs were taken to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, is because the owner is legally allowed to keep four, according to KKTV.

The sweet little chihuahuas will be up for adoption soon and all of them deserve a loving, forever home. According to KKTV, the dogs were surprisingly healthy.

A few of the dogs are scared, which is understandable, and the humane society will work with them on their behavior.

Some of the other dogs will need dental surgery and all of them will need to be spayed or neutered, according to KKTV.

We're not sure why the owner of these dogs had so many, but making them live with 29 other roommates in a crate in a garage is no way to treat your furbaby.
