Nobody should be without food. It is vital for people of all ages, from kids, to adults of all ages. Unfortunately, this happens everyday in Grand Junction. It is time for a change.

This holiday season, we would like to challenge you to donate food, and make a difference in the lives of those here in Grand Junction. People just like you and me are working hard everyday, and having a hard time making ends meet. Nobody should ever have to choose between paying rent and eating.

The Food Bank in Grand Junction feeds hundreds of families each week in Mesa County. The need for a cash donation is great as well. You can donate change, the kind that jingles or the type that folds, and local business' will match the donation. Giving a little will "change" a lot.

The Food Bank is able to buy food at cost and can feed a lot more families with cash donations. The Food Bank is asking for holiday dinner food, for Thanksgiving this year, as well as any non perishable food to feed families this holiday season.

Our goal is to raise 10,000 to 20,000 pounds of food. Carvilles Auto Mart has teamed up with Townsquare Media to make a major change this holiday season.

How can you donate and help? You can drop off food, and or cash at the Townsquare Media studios located at:
