Well, probably not but after watching we know that DEFINITELY didn't happen. I think it would take some surgery or something extreme to change this dogs looks.

Peanut is literally the World's Ugliest Dog, even if he wouldn't have won the trophy... there's no way there's anything uglier out there. I kind of feel bad for the dog. I know for sure that I wouldn't be able to have him living at my house. There's something about his eyes and those teeth that give me the creeps.
