Whoville In Junctionville Was Spectacular

It was my first Parade of LIghts here in Grand Junction and I must say it truly brought joy to my heart.

Seeing so many people smiling and full of cheer was amazing. There were numerous people in the crowd. Honestly, I thought the whole town of Grand Junction was present, but according to Facebook, there were a few that couldn't make it.

I think I was so surprised how the town of Grand Junction came together with the Grinch theme and oodles Cindy Lou Who's as sweet as ever.

It was a real-life Whoville. I was wishing that my family and friends in Denver could have witnessed the magic that came together Saturday night.

There was a lot of positives about The Parade of Lights, but there was one negative. It ended way too fast. Everyone here at Townsquare Media put so much work and time into building our floats and in a flash ... it was over. Poof. Just like that, it was over.

Next year I'll know to invite my family and friends from Denver it's a sight to see for sure.
