This Could Be Good News To Those Who Are 420 Friendly [Opinion]

To those who are 420 friendly, this could be the news you have been looking for.

Companies that are located in states that have legalized the use of marijuana are now starting to drop the testing for marijuana. Some big name place like AutoNation Inc. and even the Denver Post have completely stopped testing for it.

A survey was done by the Mountain States Employers Council showing a significant drop in companies testing for marijuana.

I for one think this is a good step. Excluding candidates for smoking marijuana I believe could hurt some businesses. Granted it may not hurt the bigger businesses, but excluding someone for something that is not violent doesn't make sense.

I'm not saying that every business should just stop. They need to look into it, make sure to do a background on that person. Of course, every business needs to still do drug tests. But maybe bet a little less harsh if it is a person who is an upstanding individual who just so happens to smoke marijuana.
