Social media success of NBC’s live musicals (not to mention the actual success of The Wiz) already goaded FOX into Grease and Rocky Horror remakes, and now ABC has its own baby no one’s putting in a corner. Dirty Dancing will get the three-hour musical treatment, starring Scream Queens alum Abigail Breslin to boot.

ABC’s upcoming Muppets mockumentary series only had so much to show at its recent Comic-Con 2015 panel, but with an actual premiere as far away as September, Kermit, Ms. Piggy, Gonzo and the gang dug deep for a special preview. A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far removed from the notion of a third Star Wars trilogy every getting off the ground, rumors and development of a live-action Star Wars TV series buzzed about in every direction.
