It's definitely Dua Lipa's era.

Continuously releasing hit after hit and selling sold out shows (her solo tour and even opening up for Bruno Mars' 24K Magic Tour), the British pop princess graced the iconic SNL stage with her presence on the February 4 episode of Saturday Night Live.

The late night comedy sketch show welcomed the first episode of the month with a live performance of Lipa's chart-topping hit "New Rules" followed by "Homesick," a ballad from her self-titled album. As both songs were accompanied by a live band, Dua Lipa's performance showcased the duality of her on-stage presence when it comes to tackling different tempos.

However, while Dua Lipa brought down the house with her bops, Natalie Portman made her return and came with the assist to bring in the laughs for the night as the show's guest host.

Portman made her SNL comeback with a follow-up to her rap video made a few years ago ("Natalie's 2nd Rap"). In addition, the Hollywood actress also took jab at the First Lady, an extended spin-off from Black Mirror's "USS Callister" episode ("Alien Lover"), the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards Orange Carpet and the next season of Stranger Things 3.
