It gives you one more chance to wear that Halloween costume you paid an arm and a leg for, plus if you wear crazy colors you might shock the competition so much they wont be able to finish the race because they died laughing!!

Just remember if you plan on doing back flips like this guy you'd better wear something under your skirt!
