Earlier this week, Gothamist posted a video of a drunk white man spewing racial slurs to black passengers on the L-Train, while drinking a Bud Light Lime-A-Rita at 2 p.m. EST. The incident occurred after the inebriated man got into a spat about personal space with some young black men, resulting in him yelling the n-word at them.

The altercation heightened as the self-proclaimed NYU law grad yammered on about the First Amendment and continued screaming the slur at the top of his lungs, causing passengers to get aggressive and oust him from the train at the next stop. At one point, a woman — whose face is not shown in the clip — hurled a cup of hot soup at the man while others physically kicked him onto the subway platform. She then gave him a few swift kicks herself.

Turns out, that badass was none other than Princess Nokia. The Brooklyn-based rapper took to Twitter last night (October 10) to recount the event.

This isn’t the first time Princess Nokia has stood up for what’s right. Earlier this year, she reportedly punched a man during a show at Cambridge University after he allegedly sexually harassed her during her performance.
