You see road flares, and a line of cars, and what appears to be a policeman conducting a DUI checkpoint. Can you imagine what you would do if you found out that the checkpoint was fake?

Troopers say 19-year-old Logan Shaulis conducted a fake DUI checkpoint and was asking drivers for drivers licenses and registrations. When the REAL police showed up. Logan handed a driver in a car a BB pistol, and stated "I cannot get caught with this".

Police quickly arrested Logan, he faces charges including drunken driving, impersonating a public servant and unlawful restraint.
