Some thieves must have decided a leisurely tasting tour would take too long and be too limiting, so they made one stop and stole everything they wanted including cash.

The burglary happened at Peachwood Liquors in Palisade on October 20. According to Crime Stoppers of Mesa County, the theives broke into the store at 309 West Eighth Street and stole a combination of more than $500 worth of booze and cash.

The Palisade Police Departmentand Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in identifying and capturing those involved in the burglary.

If you have information about this crime, you can make an anonymous report by calling the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 241-7867. Anonymous reports can also be made through the Crime Stoppers of Mesa County website.

If the information leads to an arrest, the person who provided it is eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 which will be given without revealing the identity of the person who provided that information.
