Multiple Car Thefts are Crime Stoppers Crime of the Week

Several people who recently started their cars to warm them up found an empty space instead of a nice warm vehicle when they were ready to leave.

The Grand Junction Police Department and the Colorado State Patrol received five stolen vehicle reports shortly after 5:00 a.m. on Friday, January 23.

According to law enforcement, all of the vehicles reported stolen had been left running and unattended.
