Wine Reduces Chances of Heart Disease - Red wine tannins have been proven to lower your chances of a heart disease.

Wine Can Reduce Risk of Type 2 Diabetes - Moderate drinkers have 30 percent less risk than nondrinkers of developing type 2 diabetes.

Less Risk of Stroke - Drinking wine in moderation can actually lower your risk of a stroke by up to 50 percent.

Wine Cuts Risk of Cataracts - This I did not know!! Moderate wine connoisseur's have a much lower chance of developing cataracts.

Win Can Cut Risk of Colon Cancer - This is true especially of people who consume red wines.

Slows Brain Decline - It appears that people who consume wine, have a much slower rate of brain decline.

After learning all of this and knowing that there are so many benefits to consuming wine (reasonably of course) I am stoked about learning even more!
