Grand Valley Give a Pint Blood– This Saturday January 5th

Did you make your New Year's resolution to give blood? If you did then that opportunity is this weekend January 5th. Join the Saint Mary's blood mobile from 11am to 3pm at Outback Steakhouse and  if you do give blood you will be rewarded with a free appetizer and of course helping save up to three life's! .

Here are a few things that you do need to know before you give blood.

1. You must be Flue Free

2. If you have had a tattoo in the last year you are unable to donate.

3. Must be 18 years to donate and weigh at least 112 pds
