Grammy-winning artist Kalani Pe'a, a graduate of Colorado Mesa University, will return to Grand Junction for a performance at a CMU fundraiser.

Kalani Pe'a won the award for Best Regional Roots Album at the 2017 Grammy Awards. He has embarked on a busy tour schedule, and that tour will bring him back to his home away from home on April 1.

Colorado Mesa University is hosting its annual Ho'olokahi Polynesian Club Lu'au on Saturday, April 1, from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The event is being held in the Meyer Ballroom at the University Center.

A limited number of tickets are available at the CMU UC information desk. Tickets are:

  • $20 students
  • $30 General Admission
  • $350 for a VIP table for 10 people

Doors open at 5:30, dinner begins at 6:00, and entertainment begins at 6:30.
