Georgia Teacher Allows Students To Have Sex In Classroom

Quentin Wright is an 8th-grade teacher in Dekalb, Georgia who teaches math and science and apparently he has been allowing his students to have sex in class.

According to reports, Quentin was arrested on "contributing to the delinquency of a minor," when parents found text messages on their child's phone, describing in detail the teacher allowing students to use a closet in the classroom to have sex. The children were all around the age of 14..

I perhaps am old fashioned in things like this, but if I found text messages like this on my child's phone from the teacher, I would be outraged, angry and more. It is incomprehensible to me that a person who has been entrusted to teach our youth took such liberties with these kids.

This is a great teaching tool, however. Parents..know your child's teacher, talk to them, and be involved with your child's school activities. Most of all, NEVER be afraid to ask questions, and if you find or see anything that you think may put your child in danger, report it immediately.
