May 11th is the day for all you weightlifters, food watchers and everything in between.

You can have whatever your heart tells you to eat. That is because May 11th is National Eat What You Want Day. 

Of course, you don't want to overdo it. Especially those of you who do food prep. But if I were you I would be eating everything that you haven't been able to.

I know exactly what I am going to eat. I will be eating some breakfast for dinner. Some delicious biscuit and gravy loaded with everything.

Why not take advantage eating what you want? Especially if the national day told you that you could.

Now when you eat whatever you want just remember these two things.

1) Take your time, Your food isn't going anywhere.

2) Do not share. Tell whomever you are eating with to get there own.

If you follow these two rules then you are going to have a wonderful day.

Here is to a plate food and some good eating!
