Delaney Clements is Taking Over Mix 104.3

Over the last few years, young and spunky Delaney Clements has turned into a household name here in the Grand Junction area. The always-smiling 12-year-old East Middle School student has been battling stage 4 neuroblastoma for many years now. The community has rallied around her, even dedicating a pink fire truck in her honor to help raise awareness of childhood cancer.

Recently, it was announced on Delaney’s Facebook page that she is battling new tumors and is going to opt into a clinical trial at the Children’s Hospital in Seattle.

Here at Mix 104.3, we love kids and we want the kids in our community to feel loved. As a way to show our support for Delaney’s battle ahead and show her some fun, we have invited her on the show for the Final Friday Takeover.

On Friday (May 29) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Delaney will be our guest DJ with Dave Bradley.
