De Beque Marijuana Store Sees Record Sales This Past Weekend

Kush Gardens, a Marijuana store located in De Beque, Colo., had record breaking sales this past weekend. Jim Roberts, the spokesperson for Kush Gardens told Channel 11 News they sales around $30,000.00 on Saturday alone.

Roberts says he estimates that they have fed over $70,000 in sales tax revenue back to the city of De Beque and that Saturday they had the highest sales ever, since opening last January.

Roberts told Channel 11 News about the specials Kush Gardens ran over the weekend, stating:

In honor of the traditional 4/20 day, which falls on a Monday this year, we had our store celebration yesterday with hourly discounts, and really good deals that really you're not going to find any other time of the year.

Say what you want, I'm only seeing good coming from this business. Perhaps if more people were open to allowing legitimate business owners, to do this thing the right way, we could see several more success stories like this.
