National Boss'  Day is tomorrow. Your boss works hard to make sure everything keeps running smoothly. Boss' Day is the perfect time to show him or her, how much you value them.

When it comes to Boss' Day, sometimes it is hard to find exactly would be a great way to say, "thank you" for all your boss does. Here are my Top 5 ideas to get your creative juices flowing.

1. Take Your Boss To Lunch - Taking your boss to lunch is a great way to not only connect on a one on one basis, but it also tells your boss that you value his time he spends with you. Find out his or her favorite place to eat, and go there.

2. Decorate his or her office- Now I realize most of us do not have keys to just walk into the boss's office without permission. But even if you decorate the area outside their office, it will brighten their day. Also, this is a great way to raise morale in the office by all working together to make it look awesome.

3. Gift Card - It is not as personal, but giving a gift card is still a very nice way to show your boss that you value them. Try and find what your boss likes, or perhaps if he or she has a family, you can find a gift card that works perfectly and you know they will be able to use.

4. Fruit or Flower Bouquet- Send the boss a bouquet of flowers or perhaps a fruit bouquet. Depending on if your boss is him or her, you can choose from many different types of items that will bring a smile to their face. Everyone loves to see the boss smile.

5. Say Thank You- This may be the most simplistic, yet most power thing you can do for your boss on boss's day. Simply saying, "I want to thank you for all you do" and give them a handshake can mean volumes to your boss. Sometimes it is easy to forget that your boss goes through a lot, and a simple thank you can go a LONG way.
