Colorado Dog Gets The High Of His Life

Katherine Edwards took her beloved Bodhi for a walk. According to Yahoo News, hours later the dog started acting like he was becoming ill. It got so bad that Katherine decided to take her Bodhi to the animal hospital.

"His behavior was so drastic, so scary," "He lost control of his bowels all over the house. He started seizing, twitching.”

 

Dr. Dan Burman who was on call that evening, knew exactly what was wrong. Bodhi was stoned out of his mind. Yep, a stoned pooch! The five-year-old canine ingested a marijuana-laced treat during his walk at the park. According to Dr. Dan was tipped him off was the behavior of Bodhi:

 "The biggest thing: the bizarre behavior," he said. "Like if one of your friends was stoned you might see similar bizarre-like behavior." 

According to Doctor Burman, animals will eat anything that looks like it is edible to them. He suggests that owners watch their dogs closely when walking them. Katherine Edwards was happy to know that the erratic behavior would go away. She made a joke by saying

"I should have taken Bouhi to Taco Bell"
